Prof. Feifei Gao, Tsinghua University, China (IEEE Fellow)

Experience: Feifei Gao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China in 2002, the M.Sc. degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from National University of Singapore, Singapore in 2007. Since 2011, he joined the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, where he is currently a tenured full professor. Prof. Gao's research interests include signal processing for communications, array signal processing, convex optimizations, and artificial intelligence assisted communications. He has authored/coauthored more than 200 refereed IEEE journal papers and more than 150 IEEE conference proceeding papers that are cited more than 18000 times in Google Scholar. Prof. Gao has served as an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing (Lead Guest Editor), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, IEEE Signal Processing Letters (Senior Editor), IEEE Communications Letters (Senior Editor), IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and China Communications. He has also served as the symposium co-chair for 2019 IEEE Conference on Communications (ICC), 2018 IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference Spring (VTC), 2015 IEEE Conference on Communications (ICC), 2014 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2014 IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference Fall (VTC), as well as Technical Committee Members for more than 50 IEEE conferences.

Speech Title: Key Technologies and Prototype Design for Integrated Sensing and Communications System

Prof. Tianlong Gu, Jinan University, China

Experience: Tianlong Gu is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at Jinan University, Director of the Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education for Trusted Artificial Intelligence. A recipient of the National-level New Century Talents Project and an expert awarded the Special Government Allowance by the State Council. Concurrently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Computer Science Professional Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education (2013–2017, 2018–present), Chair of the Discrete Intelligent Computing Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, Deputy Chair of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Policy and Regulations Working Group of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance, and member of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Ethics Expert Advisory Committee. His main research areas include AI security, AI ethics, trusted artificial intelligence, and data governance. He has led over 30 projects including key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and published more than 200 academic papers at prominent international conferences and journals such as AAAI, ICDE, TKDE, TDSC, TAFFC, TNNLS, and TASLP.

Prof. Guimin Huang, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China

Experience: Huang Guimin is a Professor of the Second Rank in Guangxi, a doctoral supervisor, and the director of the Data Science and Social Computing Research Center at Guilin University of Electronic Technology. He is a member of the Natural Language Processing Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation, a member of the Language and Knowledge Computing Professional Committee of the Chinese Information Processing Society, an expert reviewer for graduate theses of the Ministry of Education, an expert reviewer for the National Science and Technology Award, a project reviewer for the National Major Science and Technology Special Project, a project reviewer for the National Key Research and Development Program, a project reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation, an expert reviewer for graduate theses of the Ministry of Education, an expert reviewer for the China International Internet+ College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a member of the Natural Language Processing Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation, a member of the Language and Knowledge Computing Professional Committee of the Chinese Information Processing Society, and the chairperson of the 11th International Conference on Natural Language Processing and Chinese Computing of the China Computer Federation, etc.

Research direction: Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence Technology.

Research Achievements: Professor Huang Guimin is a have led 4 national-level research projects, 7 provincial-level research projects, and 4 prefectural-level research projects. And also he has participated in 2 national-level projects. He has published 120 papers indexed by SCI/EI, authored 1 academic monograph, and obtained 19 patent authorizations. He developed automatic error correction models for student English writing, translation and oral practice, the student English learning knowledge mastery status diagnosis large model, the personalized recommendation large model for student English practice, and the student English learning score prediction large model have improved the quality of English education in Chinese schools and the English proficiency of students. Professor Huang Guimin have won the Second Prize of Guangxi Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, the First Prize of Guilin's Third Natural Science Award, the Gold Award of the Second, Third and Seventh Guangxi Selections of China "Internet + " College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the Silver Award of the Ninth China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Guangxi. The research achievements of professor Huang Guimin have been applied in the English teaching of nearly 300 schools, with a cumulative output value of 117 million yuan. The related technologies and their applications were reported in the "China Scientific and Technological Achievements" journal of the Ministry of Science and Technology in the 20th issue of 2019.
